FRONT FORK OVERHAUL/REBUILD:
Front fork is completely disassembled,
cleaned, and inspected. Worn parts are replaced, fatigued valving is
replaced in STOCK CONFIGURATIONS (standard settings are retained).
Front fork is reassembled using genuine KAYABA parts and KAYABA 0-1
oil.

Genuine KAYABA parts and oil : DUST SEALS, OIL SEALS, UPPER AND LOWER
BUSHINGS. Fatigued valving in the MID SPEED VALVE and BASE VALVE are
replaced. Genuine KAYABA 0-1 front fork oil is used.

replaced, then modifications to the damping system are done based on
our interpretation of what the rider needs. The front fork is
reassembled using genuine KAYABA parts and oil.

ENZORACING SUBTANK SYSTEM
The enzoracing SUBTANK SYSTEM is a performance upgrade addition to
your front fork. It creates a new performance dimension by providing
"speed sensitivity" to the spring characteristic. Conventionally, the
spring element of suspension is load/position sensitive only. The
damping element of suspension is speed sensitive only. Both elements
have specific functions but cannot do what the other does, that is
why they work together. However, by manipulating the "air spring" in
the fork, the ENZO SUBTANK SYSTEM adds "speed sensitivity" to the
fork spring. When the fork compresses at slower speeds, it gives the
smooth, plush action of a low oil level. But when the fork compresses
at higher speeds, it gives the firm, progressive action of a high oil
level. Adjustment on the SUBTANK controls the speed at which the
system activates. High quality construction of machined aluminum and
carbon fiber keeps the total weight of the system at less than 1
pound. Includes carbon fiber subtank holder.

Enzo Racing Front Fork Surface Treatments
Enzo Racing offer performance upgrading coatings to the inner and outer tubes to reduce frictions. Using specific surface treatments for steel and aluminum, the side load frictions is reduced dramatically. Both of these surface treatments are used by Factory YAMAHA and KAWASAKI teams.
For the outer aluminum tubes we offer KASHIMA coating which is a proprietary treatment offered only in Japan. KASHIMA coating is a very hard and low friction treatment applied to aluminum and is used by many factory teams. Enzo Racing offers high level KASHIMA coating treatment to stock front fork outer tubes.
For the steel inner tubes, we use DLC (Diamond like Carbon) treatment. This is easily identified by its black color. This treatment comes production on the '07/'08 KXF450. DLC coated inner tubes greatly reduce the friction, which provides smoother action over sharp impacts and overall performance. The DLC coating is also harder and smoother than the standard chrome, and resists nicks from stones that can create sharp dings in the surface which in turn damages the oil seals that can turn into leaks. Included in the cost we also offer hard anodizing to the axle brackets.

CONFIGURATION (standard valving configurations are retained). The
shock is then reassembled using genuine KAYABA parts and KAYABA K2C
oil.
