ENZO KYB FRONT FORK COMPRESSION ADJUSTER
On KYB front forks with the compression
adjustment on the bottom of the fork leg, making adjustments can be a
difficult procedure. The ENZO FORM COMPRESSION ADJUSTER fits easily
into the hex socket hole in the bottom of the fork, then by rotating
it until the flat blade screwdriver tip locates into the slot,
adjustments can be made easily. Direction arrows show the proper
rotation for stiffer (+) or softer(-).

ENZO SHOCK HIGH SPEED COMPRESSION ADJUSTER:
On KYB rear shocks with low and high speed
adjustment, the large hex adjuster has no detent set positions.
Adjustment settings are specified in "turns out" from full stiff
position. Turned fully clockwise equals "FULL STIFF". Then,
counter-clockwise rotation of the hex adjuster equals the setting.
The ENZO HIGH SPEED COMPRESSION ADJUSTER makes easy, accurate
adjustments in 1/8 turn increments.

ENZO KYB KIT SUSPENSION 2008
Available for professional AMA 125 SUPERCROSS racing, enzoracing offers KYB KIT SUSPENSION front and rear components for 2008 YAMAHA YZ models. Used by Yamaha of Troy and Star Racing Yamaha teams. Front fork features KASHIMA coated outer tubes, black DLC coated inner tubes, KASHIMA coated inner tank chamber, machined billet aluminum inner fork cap, and low speed valve on compression base valve. Rear shock features a two piece shock body with separate, cast aluminum tank and adjuster body, and machined pipe cylinder. Resists fade from inconsistent heat expansion of shock body.

The Enzo Racing Anodize parts kit can make any bike look factory. This kit includes shock high speed adjustor, bumper cup and bladder cap. These parts are sent off and coated with a high quality Type III hard anodizing which is the most reseliant and hardest anodizing you can buy. Available for 2006 and later models, ENZO WORKS KYB SHOCK BODIES are brand new production bodies stripped and polished, and then sent back to Japan to be treated with KASHIMA COATING surface treatment, the patented Japanese technology. ENZO WORKS KYB SHOCK BODIES are available as upgrade material to be added to revalving. The ANODIZED SHOCK PART KIT AND ENZO TECHNICA PRELOAD RING is included with the shock body.

ENZO TECHNICA PRELOAD RING
The ENZO TECHNICA Ring is designed to provide an easy, efficient method of securing the spring preload adjustment on the rear shock. The stock method of using a spring seat ring and lock ring tightened against each other requires the use of a hammer and punch to secure the adjustment setting. On some bikes, there is not much room to access the rings, and often the threads on the shock body become damaged from hitting them with the punch. With the ENZO TECHNICA PRELOAD RING the lock ring is eliminated, and the spring seat ring is secured by lining up the notches with a "tooth" on the preload ring. The ENZO TECHNICA PRELOAD RING is secured to the reservoir by a hex pinch bolt. Any preload adjustments can be made by loosening the hex pinch bolt, sliding the preload ring out of the notch on the spring seat ring, then turning the spring preload in the desired direction. Then the preload ring is slid back into place and tightened. The ENZO TECHNICA PRELOAD RING is available for 2006 and later models of Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Yamaha.

ENZO TECHNICA WORKS BOTTOMING BUMPER KIT
Available for 16 mm and 18mm shafts on KYB shocks, the ENZO TECHNICA WORKS BOTTOMING BUMPER KIT is an upgrade modification that replaces the standard "stepped" bumper with the works style conical bottoming bumper. The conical bottoming bumper provides a more progressive characteristic when the shock reaches the end of its travel. The ENZO TECHNICA BOTTOMING BUMPER KIT is comprised of a works style conical bumper, machined billet aluminum capture collar and C-clip.
